Dragon Of The Week: Capogna and Poole

PHILADELPHIA - Alessandro Capogna and Alana Poole named the Drexel Dragons of the Week, presented by Rothman Orthopaedics, for the week of October 7th-13th.
Capogna, member of men's soccer, made a season-high seven saves against the Stony Brook Seawolves on Saturday afternoon, helping the Dragons to a 2-1 victory. Capogna has now boosted his season record to 4-2 and has three straight victories between the posts for the Dragons.
Poole, member of the field hockey team, pitched a shutout against Hofstra on Friday night and held La Salle to one goal on Sunday in Drexel's two wins this weekend. Poole has a had phenomenal season as she is 7-0 since starting in goal as well as ranking first in the national in goalie win-loss percentage and fourth in goals against average.
