No. 8 Men's Squash Falls to No. 4 Harvard 6-3 in Senior Day Match

PHILADELPHIA– The No. 8 Drexel men's squash team was upended by the No. 4 Harvard Crimson in Drexel's senior day matchup on Saturday afternoon. With the win, the Crimson improved their record to 10-3 while the Dragons fell to 8-6.

José López got the first win of the day for the Dragons from the seven spot, completing the comeback against Jacob Lin, 7-11, 7-11, 11-7, 11-7, 11-7. Up next was Yuri Pelbart who defeated Ido Burstein from the three spot, 8-11, 11-2, 11-3, 11-5. The other Dragon who secured a victory was Youssef Bastawy who continued his hot streak against Omar Azzam, winning 5-11, 11-4, 11-7, 11-0 from the two spot.

Up next, the Dragons will get set to face top-ranked Trinity on Saturday, Feb. 24. Action is slated to start from Hartford, Conn. at 12:00 P.M.
