Swimming and Diving Named to CSCAA Scholar All-America Teams

RICHMOND, Va. – The Drexel men's and women's swimming and diving teams received Scholar All-American honors on Monday morning, as announced by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association (CSCAA).
In total, the CSCAA recognized 18,716 student-athletes from 461 institutions, highlighted by the Drexel men's and women's team GPAs of 3.31 and 3.65 respectively.
In addition, 12 Drexel Swimming and Diving athletes earned a 4.0 grade point average in the fall term. Five athletes from the men's side made the list including, Andrea Casini, Alessio Gianni, Tommy Pennimpede, Will Soleo and Colton Wade. On the women's side, seven student-athletes excelled in the classroom including, Hannah Carmen, Lauren DiCamillo, Lisa Fischer, Emma Flickinger, Chelsea Gravereaux, Ellie Webb and Abby Zane.

Founded in 1922, the College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) – the first organization of college coaches in America – is a professional organization of college swimming and diving coaches dedicated to serving and providing leadership for the advancement of the sport of swimming & diving at the collegiate level.
