Drexel Wins V4+ Race Against La Salle

PHILADELPHIA – The Drexel men's rowing team hit the Schuylkill River for the first time this year, winning one of three races against La Salle on Saturday.
The Dragons Varsity 4+ A, competing in Go Roe, composed of Emma Houghton (Coxswain), George Karacsonyi (Stroke), Adam Leach, Kellan Holmes and Sean Williams (Bow) won its race, coming across at a time of 6:39. The Varsity 4+ B, competing in Dan Lyons, composed of Gustavo Lezama (Coxswain), Thomas Gola (Stroke), Joe Glenn, Justin Getty and Sam Duncan (Bow) finished second, coming in at a time of 7:07.
Drexel returns to action on Saturday, March 30 as they head to New Jersey to take on Princeton, Temple and Georgetown.
