PHILADELPHIA – The Drexel men's squash team swept Rochester, 9-0 to improve to 5-3 on the season.

Haris Qasim earned a win via default against Yash Fadte. Guido Lindner battled through five games to defeat Omar Zakaria 3-2 (10-12, 11-4, 11-7, 7-11, 11-3). Youssef Bastawy also had a strong showing, securing a 3-1 win over Dhirren Rajarathinam (11-8, 8-11, 11-8, 11-9).

Straight-set victories came from Yuri Pelbart, Fritiof Jacobsson, and Sean Murphy, each controlling their matches from start to finish. Charlie Taylor dominated in his 3-0 win over Jacob Koeppel (14-12, 11-3, 11-4). Dimi Dumitru added another win, overcoming Arnav Mandhana in four games (11-4, 9-11, 11-4, 11-3). Tavneet Mundra and Darien Benn closed out the sweep with commanding 3-0 victories.

Drexel will have a quick turnaround as they take on Cornell on Wednesday. The match is set for 4:00pm.
