Women's Tennis Drops Match 6-1 to Charleston

CHARLESTON, SC– Drexel women's tennis drops their match 6-1 on the road at the College of Charleston. The Dragons move to 4-5 on the season.
The Dragons battled in doubles, pushing two matches to tiebreaks. Anastasia Kavounov and Rebecca Fiedler secured a hard-fought 7-6 win, but Charleston took the doubles point with victories at the top and third spots.
In singles, Rigazio came through with a three-set win over Maja Jekauc at the top position, 6-3, 3-6, 6-4.
The Dragons will travel to Wilmington, NC on Friday to take on UNCW. The match is set for 2:00pm.
