PHILADELPHIA– Drexel men's tennis picks up key conference victory at home over William and Mary, 4-3. The Dragons move to 10-5 on the season and 2-2 in the conference.
This was Drexel's first win over William and Mary in the program's history.
After dropping the doubles point, the Dragons rallied in singles behind wins from Will Burridge, Hussein El Tawil, and Roman Lafond. With the match tied at 3-3, Josue Guzman clinched it on court six with a 6-4, 6-4 victory.
The Dragons will go on the road on Tuesday to take on Hofstra at 2:00pm.
