Rigazio and Snitko Named CAA Doubles Team of the Week for the Second Time

RICHMOND, VA. - Elisa Rigazio and Sofiya Snitko were named the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) Women's Tennis Doubles Team of the Week for their performance last week. This marks the second time this season the pair has earned the honor.
Rigazio and Snitko went 3-0 at the No. 1 doubles spot across Drexel's matches against Delaware, Towson, and Monmouth. The pair opened the week with a 7-6 win over Delaware's Maryia Hrynashka and Paulina Jurkowska, followed by another 7-6 victory over Towson's Chandre Boshoff and Kiersten Tambe. They capped off the stretch with a 6-2 win against Monmouth's Lana Brezanin and Lauren Landstrom.
The duo will aim to carry their momentum into Drexel's final regular-season match at Hofstra on Friday, April 18. First serve is scheduled for 12:00 p.m.
