Women’s V8+ Named CAA Co-Boat of the Week

RICHMOND, Va. - The Drexel women's varsity 8+ boat was named CAA Co-Boat of the Week, as announced by the conference Tuesday afternoon.
Lauren Shaw (Coxswain), Emily Ellis (Stroke), Ellen McCallin, Margaret Dobrenko, Hannah Walseth, Taylor Powell, Colette Zidek, Baylor Henry, and Sabrina Batdorf (Bow) rowed the Dragons to their seventh consecutive win at the Kerr Cup on the Schuylkill River. The Dragons captured the Lela H. Kerr Cup with a time of 7:42.35, finishing five seconds ahead of the boat from La Salle. This is Drexel's first conference weekly award this season.
