PHILADELPHIA - Seven members of the Drexel wrestling team received EIWA Academic Achievement Awards. Desmond Pleasant (125lbs), Kyle Waterman (133lbs), Dom Findora (149lbs), Luke Nichter (157lbs), Cody Walsh (165lbs), Giuseppe Hoose (184lbs) and Mickey O'Malley (197lbs) were all honored by the conference
EIWA Academic Achievement Award winners must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.20 and represent Drexel in the EIWA Tournament or have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and represent Drexel at the EIWA's and NCAA Championships. The conference recognized 58 wrestlers for their achievements on and off the mat.
