RICHMOND, Va. – The Drexel women's tennis team was represented on the 2025 All-CAA Teams by senior Elisa Rigazio and freshman Sofiya Snitko, as the conference announced its postseason honors on Friday afternoon. Rigazio earned Second Team recognition in singles, while Snitko was named to the Third Team. The duo was also selected to Second Team All-CAA Doubles.
Rigazio wrapped up her collegiate career with another standout season at the top of the Dragons' lineup. Competing exclusively at the No. 1 spot in both singles and doubles, the senior recorded 14 singles victories on the year and tallied seven doubles wins alongside Snitko. The veteran's performance earned her the second All-CAA singles honor of her career, along with her second doubles nod.
Snitko, one of the CAA's top first-year performers, made an immediate impact in her debut campaign. Playing primarily at the No. 2 position, the freshman totaled a team high 17 singles wins and teamed with Rigazio for seven victories in doubles play. These honors mark the first All-CAA accolades of her young career.
Together, Rigazio and Snitko formed one of the league's most effective top doubles pairing, posting a 5-2 record in CAA doubles play.
