Women's Swimming and Diving Set CAA Record and Sit in Fifth Place at the CAA Champiobship

HAMPTON, Va. – Drexel women's swimming and diving won gold and silver while setting two records on Friday at the 2026 CAA Championships. The Dragons moved into fifth place with 603.5 points through three days of competition.
Megan Ehrnfeldt earned silver in the 100 butterfly with a school-record time of 52.61, breaking her own record set in prelims earlier in the day.
Drexel closed the night with a gold medal in the 200 freestyle relay. Mari Alencar, Delaney Leonard, Clare Schwartz, and Megan Ehrnfeldt combined for a time of 1:30.56, setting a CAA all-time record and a new school record.
In the 200 freestyle, Harper Barrowman placed seventh in the championship final. Brittany Corbett finished ninth and Jessie Rothrock placed 11th.
Emma Pillich placed sixth in the championship final of the 100 breaststroke. Ali Bragg finished ninth and Mimi Moore placed 13th.
Ehrnfeldt added a sixth-place finish in the 100 backstroke. Mary Kubiak placed 15th, Hannah Charters finished 16th, and Audrey Le-Nguyen placed 22nd.
Through three days, Drexel has earned four medals, including two gold, and set four school records.
