Swimming and Diving Finishes Day Two at National Invitational Championships

OCALA, Fl. – Drexel men's and women's swimming and diving teams competed in day two of the CSCAA National Invitational Championship on Friday at the Florida Aquatics Swimming and Training Facility.
In the men's 400-yard IM, Roko Krpina finished 12th with a time of 3:56.25. Matas Cinga recorded Drexel's top finish of the day, placing fifth in the men's 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:37.28. In the men's 100-yard breaststroke, Mark Eszes finished ninth in 53.77. Dimi Gkelis placed eighth in the men's 100-yard backstroke with a time of 48.03.
On the women's side, Megan Ehrnfeldt finished 15th in the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 53.87. Drexel's women's 800-yard freestyle relay placed 17th, while the men's 200-yard medley relay finished 14th.
