Drexel Chosen as an At-Large Team in 2026 WNIT

FORT COLLINS, Colo. – The Drexel Women's Basketball team has been selected to participate in the 2026 WNIT, the organization announced on Sunday evening. The Dragons, who received an at-large in the tournament's 48-team field, will find out who they play in the first round on Monday, March 16.
It will be Drexel's 12th time participating in the tournament. The Dragons played in the 2023 tournament and was defeated by Fordham in the first round. In 2013, Drexel defeated Utah, 46-43 to capture its first WNIT title inside the Daskalakis Athletic Center.
The first round of competition is scheduled for March 19-21.
