NEWARK, DE. – The Drexel women's tennis team fell to Delaware, 4-1, on Sunday afternoon in Newark.
In doubles, Christine Fourie and Sofiya Snitko were defeated 6-2. Anastasia Kavounov and Rebecca Fiedler fell 6-2. Lorie Lemongo and Adva Dabah fell 7-6.
In singles, Lemongo won 6-3 and 6-3. Dabah dropped the first set 7-5 before the match was abandoned. Fiedler fell 6-0 and 6-2. Fourie was defeated 6-4 and 6-3. Snitko fell 7-5 and 6-2. Bia Ibrahim won the first set 6-4 before dropping the second 6-2, her match was then abandoned.
