Women’s Soccer Releases Schedule for 2026 Campaign

PHILADELPHIA — The Drexel women's soccer program has announced its schedule for the 2026 campaign. Shannon Grogan will enter her first season as head coach, leading the Dragons through a 17-match schedule with nine games at Vidas Field.
DU will once again compete in the north division in CAA play, facing off against Hofstra, Monmouth, Northeastern, Stony Brook and Towson. During the regular season, teams will play nine conference games, including one against each team in their division and four from the other. All nine matches will count towards the overall standings.
The Dragons will open the regular season with a short trip to Sean Sweeney Field to battle Saint Joseph's on Aug. 12 before making their home debut against Holy Family on Aug. 20.
Drexel closes the month of August with three consecutive road matches, beginning with a trip to Seton Hall on Aug. 23. The Dragons then travel to La Salle for a city clash on Aug. 27 before heading to NJIT on Aug. 30 for their final match of the month.
The Dragons then return home for a four-game homestand, starting with Lehigh on Sept. 3. Lafayette visits Philadelphia on Sept. 6 before Delaware closes out the non-conference slate on Sept. 13.
Drexel opens CAA play opens at home with a test against Northeastern on Sept. 20 before embarking on a three-match road swing. The conference road schedule begins with a trip to Hampton on Sept. 24. The Dragons stay in Virginia to tackle William & Mary on Sept. 27 before battling Monmouth in West Long Branch to begin October.
DU starts another four-game home slate by welcoming Charlestown on Oct. 8, followed by UNCW on Oct. 11. Stony Brook visits Vidas Field on Oct. 18 as Hofstra ends the homestand on Oct. 24.
Drexel squares off with Towson on the road to close the regular season on Nov. 1.
The CAA Tournament begins on Nov. 5, with the semifinals scheduled for Nov. 8 and the championship game set for Nov. 14. The highest remaining seed will host each round.
