2018-19: Senior season…Went 6-9 overall, playing primarily from the No. 8 position…Helped the Dragons to their first-ever appearance in the Howe Cup Finals and their highest ranking in program history, finishing the year ranked No. 7…Finished her career with the 11th-most wins in program history (23)…Opened the season with a three-game sweep at the No. 7 position against Dickinson…Three of her six wins came via three-game sweeps…Won three-straight matches between Jan. 27 and Feb. 9
2017-18: Junior season…Went 7-12 overall on the season…Played primarily from the Nos. 7 and 8 spots…Named a College Squash Association Scholar Athlete…Helped the Dragons to their first-ever Kurtz Cup title…Helped Drexel to a program-best final ranking of No. 9…Swept Dickinson’s Abbie Wingerd to open the season…Won four-straight matches against George Washington, St. Lawrence, Middlebury and Amherst…Came back from two games down to win in two of those four victories…Won back-to-back matches over Franklin & Marshall’s Grace Smith and Virginia’s Madeleine Mayhew.
2016-17: Sophomore season…Went 3-14 overall: 0-5 from the No. 4, 1-1 from the No. 5 and 2-7 from the No. 6…Two of her wins came as three-game sweeps and one as four-game win… Played from the No. 6 position for Drexel at its fourth-straight Kurtz Cup Finals.
2015-16: Freshman season…Went 8-10 overall: 1-0 from the No. 7 position, 4-5 from the No. 8 and 3-5 from the No. 9…Won her first collegiate match on Oct. 31 in five games over Virginia’s Carolyn Grenier…Of her eight total wins, six came as three-game sweeps.
Background: Attended high school at Bhavan’s Rajaji Vidyashram in Chennai, India from 2009-15…Played handball, throwball, badminton and squash in high school…Won the Airtel Young Explorer Award, the AFS Intercultural Programs India Award and the 2014 Achievers Award…Received the 2011 Rajaji Sanskriti Award at her school for squash at the national and international level…Won the 2014 Laurels Award for bringing the most laurels to school through squash…Was her school’s first place championship in squash in both 2013 and 2014.
