Strength & Conditioning
The goal of the Drexel Strength and Conditioning program is to reduce injuries and improve athletic performance. Drexel athletes are trained in a number of areas to further increase strength, power, speed, agility, and flexibility. Athletes are also taught about proper nutrition and recovery techniques. All of the full-time staff members in the Drexel Strength and Conditioning program are certified strength and conditioning specialists.
