Named to All-CAA Second Team…NFHCA Watch List…Preseason Honorable Mention All-CAA…CAA Commissioner’s Honor Roll…started all 20 games for the Dragons…scored against Bucknell (Sept. 25) and Monmouth (Nov. 4) in CAA victories...earned eight assists, which were tied for most on the team…found a defensive save in matchups versus Rider (Sept. 18) and Lafayette (Oct. 7).

Named to the All-CAA Second Team…NFHCA National Academic Squad…CAA Commissioner’s Honor Roll…Preseason CAA Honorable Mention…started all 20 games for the Dragons…finished third in the conference with a career-high four defensive saves…ranked sixth in the league with a team-high nine assists…added two goals for 13 total points…scored the game-winning goal and assisted on another in the 3-2 win against La Salle (Sept. 5)…notched an assist in five consecutive games from Sept. 17-Oct. 1.

One of six Dragons to start all 18 contests…named to the CAA All-Rookie Team…named the Drexel University Athletics Athlete of the Week on Oct. 7…finished the year with one goal and two assists for four points…took seven shots…recorded her first collegiate point via an assist against Bryant (Sept. 15)…scored her first collegiate goal, which came as the game winner, in a 1-0 win at Hofstra (Oct. 4)…also had an assist at Northeastern (Nov. 11).
Background
Attended Leeuwarder Lyceum for high school…played for the first senior women’s team and her own U18 team during the 2018-19 season…a year prior in 2017-18, she competed in the GHBS first senior women’s team, playing in Dutch senior 1e Klasse (the third highest senior level) while practicing with the first senior women’s team on a regular basis…joined GHBS, the largest hockey club in Northern Netherlands, when she was 14 years old...played with the Dutch National Indoor Championships for U14…started playing field hockey at age seven at her local club MHCL Leeuwarden before being selected to be part of the North Netherlands all-district team for two years.
Personal: Daughter of Dorus and Karin…has two older siblings, Josh and Rick…her brother, Rick, is a member of the National Dutch Gymnastic Team...general business major.
