2012: Started in all 22 games…scored her first collegiate goal against No. 16 Stanford…ranked second in the CAA with four defensive saves...recorded a defensive save in the Dragons’ 2-1 victory at Saint Joseph’s, in the team’s 3-2 win against No. 15 New Hampshire and in the CAA Championship game…named to the 2012 Gladiator by SGI/NFHCA Division I National Academic Squad…a 2012 CAA Commissioner’s Academic Award winner.
2011: Started in all 19 games…made a defensive save in the 4-3 overtime penalty stroke win against James Madison…selected to the NFHCA Division I National Academic Squad…recipient of the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Award.
2010: Started in all 20 games…recorded an assist in the 6-0 victory against Delaware… named to CAA All-Rookie Team…named to the NFHCA Division I National Academic Squad...received the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Award.
Background: A four-year letterwinner at William Allen High School…nabbed League Most Valuable Player honors as a senior…won gold, silver and bronze medal while playing in the Keystone State Games during her high school career…participated in three National Field Hockey Festivals…selected All-Conference three times…named to Allentown Morning Call’s All-Area First Team in her final season…also lettered in softball…served as the Vice President of the National Honor Society.
Personal: Daughter of Richard and Lynne Focht...majoring in health sciences.
