Played in five games in his first season in University City…scored three points on a three-pointer in the win against Florida Gulf Coast…also had a steal and a rebound in that game…grabbed a rebound off the bench in the loss at Old Dominion…also saw playing time against Fairleigh Dickinson, Rider and Towson…shot 1-for-3 from the floor in his first season.

Led Christ the King to the New York City Catholic League finals…averaged a team-high 15.6 points per game and was named All-City…became the first player in Christ the King’s history to be named First Team All-City in two sports…he was also an All-City and All-League selection as a wide receiver on the football team…played for Bob Oliva at Christ the King…son of Rosemary and Toney Hampton, Sr.…majoring in communication.
