2015-16: Member of the Drexel team that won a fourth consecutive overall team title at the Dad Vail Regatta…sat 2-seat in the freshmen eight that won the gold medal at Dad Vails…competed in the freshmen eight that finished fifth in the country at the IRA National Championships…member of the freshmen eight that won the gold medal at the 50th annual Drexel-hosted Kerr Cup…topped a field of freshmen and third varsity eight boats at the Bergen Cup…competed against nationally recognized competition at the George Washington Invitational, where the Dragons finished third overall as a team…took home the gold medal at the Occoquan Sprints…won the freshmen eight gold medal at the Murphy Cup…in the fall, finished 43rd out of 54 varsity eight crews at the Princeton Chase…competed in the varsity eight B at the Head of the Schuylkill.
2014-15: Rowed 3-seat for the second varsity eight B that finished first at the Frostbite Regatta in the fall…finished fourth out of 32 freshmen eight boats at the Head of the Schuylkill Regatta…grabbed a fifth-place finish out of 28 boats at the Navy Day Regatta…did not compete in the spring.
Background: Attended Fox Chapel Area High School in Pittsburgh, Pa….rowed for the Fox Chapel Crew Club… attended WRC U19 and U23 Royal Canadian Henley Camp in July and Aug. 2014…attended the U.S. Junior National Team High Performance Camp in Oakland, Calif. in Jan. 2014…in Nov. 2013, finished third at the U.S. Junior National Midwest Speed Orders…served as team captain beginning in May 2013…placed third in the varsity double at the Midwest Rowing Championships and at the Ohio Governor’s Cup…won gold in the single and second varsity four at the Lake Dillon Invitational in April 2013…place first in the second varsity four and varsity eight as well as second in the varsity four at the 2013 Lindamood Cup…named Most Improved Rower award in May 2012.
