2015-16: Did not compete in the spring…in the fall, finished 46th out of 54 varsity eight crews at the Princeton Chase…grabbed a sixth-place finish out of 31 second varsity eight boats at the Head of the Schuylkill…took home a fourth-place finish with the second varsity eight B at the Navy Day Regatta.
2014-15: Captured the gold medal at the Dad Vail Regatta with the freshmen eight (bow seat) that helped the Dragons win the Dad Vail overall title for the third consecutive year and capture the men’s points title for the second time in three years…finished sixth in the country at the IRA National Championships…earned the gold medal at the Bergen Cup…won the gold medal at the Kerr Cup…gold medalist at the Knecht Cup…beat Williams at Double Duals…won the gold medal at the Murphy Cup…finished second to Penn, the only spring race the freshmen eight dropped…beat La Salle and Villanova to start the spring…in the fall, won at the Frostbite Regatta…beat out 32 freshmen eight boats at the Head of the Schuylkill Regatta…finished fourth out of 28 boats at the Navy Day Regatta.
Background: Rowed all four years at Oakcrest High School…team’s MVP in 2013 and Hammer Award winner in 2013 and 2014…finished second at the 2013 SRAA Nationals and third at the 2013 Stotesbury Cup Regatta with the second varsity four…grabbed fourth at the 2014 Stotesbury Cup Regatta with the varsity eight.
