Mowrey joined the Dragons in March of 2023, after working as a tennis professional at three different clubs in the region. Most recently, Mowrey works at the Northwood Racquet and Fitness Club in Easton, Pa., teaching private lessons and clinics to adults and children. Most importantly, Mowrey works with junior players who aspire to play collegiate tennis.
Mowrey also worked at the Lehigh Country Club in Allentown, Pa. and before that, worked at the Aronimink Golf Club in Philadelphia, Pa.
Mowrey earned his bachelor’s degree in Communication from La Salle University in 2019 and then completed his master’s of business degree from Saint Joseph’s University in 2021. In his time as an Explorer, Mowrey played in the top-seeded match all three years and was elected as a team captain in 2017. In addition, Mowrey was named to the Atlantic 10 All-Academic first team once and to the A10 All-Conference second team twice. As a Hawk, Mowrey played in the No. 2 and No. 3 spot.
