2009-10: Named to All-CAA Third Team for his singles play and Third Team All-CAA doubles with partner Manu Bajpai...earned a place on the Inquirer Academic All-Area Team...finished the season with a 5-2 record in dual match play at first singles…also went 7-0 in first doubles play while pairing with Bajpai…finished 5-5 in tournament play and 14-8 overall.
Background: A transfer sophomore from the University of Portland...ranked No. 9 in the ETA Under 16 Georgian Men's Davis Cup rankings...was a member of Georgia's 2008 semifinalist Futures team as a doubles player...won national championships in under 12, under 14, under 16 and under 18 age groups...also won a national swimming championship as a member of the under 12-16 National Team.
