2016-17: Senior campaign…Named to the 2016-17 Philadelphia Inquirer Men’s Swimming and Diving Academic All-Area Team…Ranked second on the team as five-time All-CAA in the 200 free, 200 free relay, 400 free relay, 800 free relay and 400 medley relay…Grabbed gold in the 400 medley relay with a time of 3:14.37 from the freestyle position…Took silver individually in the 200 free with a time of 1:38.75 and also in the 200, 400 and 800 free relays with times of 1:21.41, 2:58.00 and 6:32.72… Helped set new school records in the 400 (2:58.00) and 800 (6:32.72) free relays as well as the 400 medley relay (3:14.37) at the 2017 CAA Championships… Drexel men finished 2nd of 5 at the 2017 CAA Championships with a score of 752…Notched season bests of 20.51 in the 50 free prelims at the CAA Championships, 44.81 in the 100 free prelims at the CAA Championships, 1:38.28 in the 200 free prelims at the CAA Championships and 4:33.66 in the 500 free at the Patriot Invitational.
2015-16: Named All-CAA in the 800 free relay for the second-place finish at the CAA Championships…Swam in six different individual freestyle events for Drexel in his junior campaign…Three of his best individuals times on the year came at the CAA Championships where he clocked finals times of 1:40.00 in the 200 free, 4:30.31 in the 500 free and 16:09.39 in the 1650 free…His 500 free time set a new school record…Also posted season bests of 22.80 in the 50 free at Binghamton, 47.00 in the 100 free at the 2015 Patriot Invitational and 9:54.54 in the 100 free against Howard and NJIT…Member of the 800 free relay squad that set a new school record at 6:34.44…A CAA Commissioner’s Award winner.
2014-15: Primarily swam in the 200 freestyle and 500 freestyle…swam in three finals events at the CAA Championships finishing third in the 800 freestyle relay (6:35.93), 12th in the 200 freestyle (1:40.15) and 16th in the 1650 freestyle (16:00.07)…helped set a new school record in the 800 freestyle relay (6:35.93) at the CAA Championships…earned All-CAA honors in the 800 freestyle relay event at the CAA Championships…had with 16 top-five finishes on the season.
2013-14: Won first individual swim as a Dragon against Howard in the 200 fly...shattered 23-year-old school record in the 800 relay during CAA Championships with a time of 6:38.49...landed 10th in the 100 free, fifth in the 200 free and third at the Frank Elm Invitational in the 800 free relay, with teammates Lukens, Klotz, and Chialastri.
Background: Four-year letterwinner and record holder at Belgrade…has had 10 top finishes throughout his high school career and broken several school records… has trained and swam nationally as well as internationally...was a member of the Serbian National team beginning in 2009…competed in Comen Cup, Central European Championships, European Junior Championships, and Balkan Championships.
Personal: Son of Daniela and Krsto Pejovic…majoring in psychology.
