2007-08: Rowed mainly in the three seat of varsity eight but moved to the seven seat for Dad Vail Regatta...rowed in the three seat in Drexel wins at Frostbite and Braxton Regattas.
2006-07: Rowed in the three seat in the varsity eight...helped team to win at Kerr Cup Regatta.
2005-06: Rowed in the varsity eight boat as a freshman…rowed in the Knecht Cup and Kerr Cup Regattas.
Background: A three-sport athlete at the Wesleyan School…ran four years of cross country and one year of track…cross country team captain and team MVP as a senior…also played three years of basketball…a four-time state champion as a member of the cross country team (2001-03) and basketball team (2001)…member of the National Honor Society.
Personal: Daughter of James and Marsha Nowakowski…majoring in nursing.
