2016: Played in all but one game for the Dragons as a sophomore…got the start 13 times…part of a Drexel defense that recorded 11 shutouts on the year and allowed only four goals in conference play…a 2016 CAA Commissioner’s Academic Award winner.
2015: Made eight appearances as a rookie…got the start twice, both of which were CAA contests, against UNCW and College of Charleston…a 2015 CAA Commissioner’s Academic Award winner.
Background: Played for Bundoora United…her Box Hill team won the Women’s Premier League Championship 2012…has also been a member of the Victorian soccer team and captained a Victorian futsal team that won a championship in 2012…also ran cross country.
Personal: Daughter of Andrea and Allan Heckenberg…has an older sister, Victoria, and a younger brother, Christopher…majoring in biological sciences.
