2016-17: Senior campaign…Four-time All-CAA in the 200 free relay, 400 free relay, 200 medley relay, 400 medley relay… Earned gold medals in the 200 and 400 medley relays with times of 1:39.61 and 3:40.03 as she swam the freestyle at the 2017 CAA Championships… Earned a silver medal in the 200 free relay with a time of 1:32.91… Grabbed bronze in the 400 free relay at 3:24.79… Helped set new relay records at the conference championships in the 200 free relay (1:32.91, Drexel), 400 free relay (3:24.79, Drexel), 200 medley relay (1:39.61, Drexel, CAA All-Time, CAA Championships) and the 400 medley relay (3:40.03, Drexel)…Notched season bests of 23.79 in the 50 free finals at the 2017 CAA Championships, 51.80 and 1:55.56 in the 100 and 200 free and 57.29 and 59.81 in the 100 fly and 100 IM at the 2016 Patriot Invitational and 1:05.60 in the 100 back against Howard/St. Peter’s.
2015-16: Swam in six different individual events for Drexel in her junior campaign…Two of her fastest times of the year came in the CAA Championship prelims with times of 23.69 in the 50 free and 52.03 in the 100 free…Also posted season bests of 1:53.89 in the 200 free and 57.46 in the 100 fly at the Patriot Invitational as well as a time of 1:03.35 in the 100 IM against Howard…Part of the 200 free relay squad that tied the school record at 1:34.25…Part of the 400 free relay quartet that broke a school record with a time of 3:26.55…Part of the 800 free relay team that set a new school record at 7:31.22…Received the team’s Coaches Award at the squad’s season-ending banquet…A CAA Commissioner’s Award winner.
2014-15: Primarily swam the 50 freestyle, 100 freestyle and 200 medley relay…swam in three individual prelims at the CAA Championships and two finals relays…helped set a new school record in the 800 free relay with a time of 7:31.88 at the CAA Championships…had 26 top-five finishes including six victories, six second-place marks and eight third-place finishes.
2013-14: First place finish in the 200 relay versus Howard with a time of 1:51.30...member of the top 200 and 400 relay squad throughout the season…finished seventh overall in the 400 free relay with teammates Brianna Bentz, Katie Duggan and Aubrey Murray at the CAA Championships…finished second in the 200 medley relay, fourth overall in the 50 free, sixth in the 400 free relay, eighth in the 400 medley relay and 12th in the 100 free at the Frank Elm Invitational.
Background: Top female swimmer of the East Coast Championship in 2013...age group national qualifier from 2008-13...represented Eastern Ontario at Ontario Summer Games in 2008...was a Senior National qualifier in 2009.
Personal: Daughter of Jane and Jean Duguay...majoring in biomedical engineering.
