2007-08: Took second in 200 breast against Towson with a time of 2:30.92…also placed third in 100 breast (1:10.29) against the Tigers… member of 200 medley relay that broke an 18-year-old school record with a time of 1:48.49 at conference championships…also helped shatter the Drexel 400 medley relay record by almost four seconds (3:55.93) at CAA's.
2006-07: Led the team in the butterfly events, posting the team’s fastest times of the season in 50, 100 and 200 butterfly events…posted a career-best in the 200 butterfly at the CAA Championships (2:07.85) which ranks her third in Drexel history…swam her season’s best time in the 100 butterfly at the CAA Championships (59.26)…posted the team’s fastest time of the season in the 200 individual medley at the CAA Championships (2:11.93) and in the 100 backstroke at the Maryland Terrapin Cup Invitational (1:02.14).
2005-06: Garnered CAA Swimmer of the Week honors after posting top times at the Rutgers Invitational…swam the team’s fastest times of the season in five events: 50-yard backstroke (28.48), 100-yard backstroke (1:01.01), 100-yard butterfly (59.23), 200-yard butterfly (2:08.15), and the 200-yard individual medley (2:10.85)…her mark in the 400-yard individual medley ranks her second on Drexel’s all-time list (4:39.16)…currently ranked third in Drexel history in the 200 IM and 200 butterfly…posted the fourth-fastest time in Drexel history in the 100 butterfly.
Background: Earned All-Catholic League honors at Archbishop Ryan High School…four-time varsity letterwinner…named team co-captain…Catholic League record holder…also played field hockey.
Personal: Daughter of Bill and Marie Slowey…majoring in interior design.
