Patty Oller joined Drexel University as the Coordinator of Recreational Facilities in January 2020. She was promoted to Associate Director of Recreation Facilities & Operations in April 2024. Oller is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Recreation Center, management of capital projects, and Recreation student staff training and development.

Before joining Drexel, Oller served as the Intramural Sports Intern at Villanova University. While at Villanova, she managed more than 75 intramural student workers, directed intramural operations and collaborated with the Philadelphia City 6 Extramural Tournament. Prior to Villanova, she interned with the Main Line Health Fitness & Wellness Center.

Oller graduated from West Chester University in May 2018 with a degree in Exercise Science. While studying at West Chester, she worked as an Intramural Supervisor at the campus recreation center, conducted swim lessons and officiated intramural competitions.
