Drexel Tennis Wraps up Dual Match Season Today Against Delaware State

Philadelphia - Drexel's men's and women's tennis teams will attempt to complete their fall dual match schedule with undefeated records as the teams close out their autumn slate at home against Delaware State this afternoon. Teams will match up at 2:00 p.m. on the Drexel Tennis Courts at the Vidas Athletic Complex at 43rd and Powelton Ave.
Both squads are coming off commanding victories at Rider yesterday. The Drexel men (2-0) shutout the Broncs, 7-0 with straight-set wins through first singles and a sweep of doubles play. The women (3-0) won 6-1 against Rider with their only loss coming due to an injury forfeit.
The women's team will head up to Yale this weekend to compete in the ITA Northeast Regional Tournament, which is the culmination of the Dragons' fall season. The tournament runs from Thursday to Monday in New Haven, Conn.
