Drexel outshot Canisius 20-8 and dominated possession in the second half to outshoot the Griffins 12-3. Drexel also out-cornered Canisius 6-1 and 4-0 in the second period.
Reber in his first stint as Drexel's opening-day keeper came through with a quality performance between the pipes. His biggest test came with under four minutes left in the contest.
