Women's Soccer Hosts Delaware on Senior Night on Saturday

Philadelphia - The Drexel women's soccer team closes the 2010 season on Saturday night at Vidas Field. The Dragons will host arch-rival Delaware under the lights beginning at 7 p.m. It will be the final home appearance for Drexel seniors Kim Chiarelli, Michelle Donnelly, Michelle McKinley and Nicole Sinclair.
Each team enters the game with a 3-6-1 mark in the CAA and 7-10-1 overall. Drexel has won three of its last five contests, while the Blue Hens have won two in a row. The Dragons have four players with at least three goals this season and five players with seven or more points. Jenna Lindsay leads the team with four goals and 12 points. She needs just one goal to tie the school record of 20 career goals set by former teammate Aleka Yiantsos.
Senior Kim Chiarelli is tops on the club with five assists. She also has a pair of goals and has served as a co-captain alongside Lindsay this year. Michelle Donnelly has played in 14 matches this year and has been given seven starting assignments. Michelle McKinley has appeared in eight matches as a senior and has an assist. Nicole Sinclair has set a school mark for CAA wins in goal and has a 1.20 goals against average.
