George Mason is coming off of a 34-12 loss to UNC Greensboro, which was the Patriots' first home match. Mason's Cayle Byers, ranked No. 4 at 197 pounds by Intermat, picked up his 17th win of the season as he defeated Caylor Williams in a 5-2 decision. Byers has suffered only one loss this season.
Binghamton, 8-3 overall, enters the weekend after defeating Columbia, 29-13, on the road. Sophomore Nate Schiedel, ranked No. 9 at 184 pounds by Intermat, leads the Bearcats this season with a 19-4 overall record, five major decisions and five win-by-falls.
