Women's Soccer Opens CAA Play Tonight Against Georgia State

The Drexel women's soccer team opens the CAA portion of its schedule on Friday night against Georgia State. The Dragons and Panthers meet at Vidas Field at 7 p.m.
Drexel was 2-4-2 in the non-conference portion of its schedule. The Dragons have lost two straight contests, including a 2-0 loss at Rider last Sunday. Jenna Lindsay leads the team with three goals and seven points.
The Panthers have won three of their past four matches. Freshman Eryka Hawkins was named the CAA Rookie of the Week on Monday with two goals. Georgia State is 3-6 overall.
Drexel will also have a home CAA match on Sunday when UNC Wilmington makes a trip to Philadelphia for a 1 p.m. contest.
