Women's Squash Defeated By Yale, 9-0

RESULTS
PHILADELPHIA - The Drexel women's squash team fell in its first match of the 2014 calendar year on Wednesday, getting blanked by the No. 5 Yale Bulldogs at the Kline & Specter Squash Center, 9-0. Drexel came into the match ranked No. 14 in the country.
The Dragons were defeated in straight sets in all nine matches. At No. 3, Laura Rahauser did the most damage against her opponent, ultimately falling 11-8, 11-5, 11-9. Damindhi Udangawa also put up a good fight in the top spot on the Dragons' ladder before going down 11-4, 11-5, 11-6.
The match was the first of four straight for the Dragons at home to begin the spring portion of their schedule. They will next take to the courts on January 18 when they host Bucknell at 10:00 a.m. and Tufts at 4:00 p.m.
