No. 13 Women’s Squash Sweeps No. 18 Bowdoin

LANCASTER, Pa. - The No. 13 Drexel women's squash team (4-0) earned a 9-0 sweep over the No. 18 Bowdoin Polar Bears (0-2) on the campus on Franklin & Marshall in Lancaster, Pa. in a neutral site matchup on Sunday afternoon.
Sophomore Hayley Hughes, sophomore Ryan Morgan and junior Elisa Money continue to anchor the top third of the ladder for the Dragons. Hughes defeated Bowdoin's Sarah Nelson in the No. 1 spot, 11-5, 11-5, 11-5. Morgan earned an 11-5, 11-4, 11-8 victory over Torey Lee in the No. 2 position while Money won, 11-6, 12-10, 11-9, in a sweep over Alexa Horwitz.
Junior Mary Fung-A-Fat won in the No. 4 position for the Dragons, defeating Tully Ross.
Freshman Fiona Power earned her fourth victory of her rookie campaign with Drexel with a win over Diya Chopra, 11-1, 11-4, 11-5.
Senior Laura Rahauser played from the No. 6 spot as she emerged victorious over Chloe Polikoff.
Sophomore Abigail Kaplan, junior Maria Diagama and freshman Apoorva Addepalli each earned three-game sweeps in the No. 7, 8 and 9 positions, respectively.
The Drexel women will now "travel" to No. 3 Penn on Tuesday, Nov. 24. Action begins at 5 p.m. with the men following immediately after at 7 p.m.
