BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Drexel women's swimming team (8-2) dropped a close dual meet to Lehigh in Bethlehem, Pa. on Saturday afternoon by a final of 166-122.

The Dragons set three pool records in the loss, including two by senior standout Rachel Bernhardt.

The Vineland, N.J. native won the 100-yard and 200-yard breaststrokes behind times of 1:02.71 and 2:17.31 to set new records at Lehigh's Jacobs Pool in Bethlehem.

The senior also played a part in Drexel's 200-yard medley relay with a time of 1:45.94 along with Alicia Diaz, April Forsthoffer and Claudia Duguay.

Freshman Alexa Kutch earned victories in each the 100-yard and 200-yard backstrokes at Lehigh on Saturday. The freshman set a pool record in the 100 at 56.36 and placed first in the 200 at 2:02.50.

The women narrowly missed wins in the 50-yard, 100-yard and 200-yard freestyles events, missing first by .11, .08 and .03 seconds.

Drexel returns to the pool next weekend for a two-day meet in Christiansburg, Va. at the Virginia Tech Invitational on Saturday, Feb. 4 and Sunday, Feb. 5.
