No. 9 Women's Squash Outlasts No. 10 Dartmouth

PHILADELPHIA - The No. 9 Drexel women's squash team defeated No. 10 Dartmouth in a close 5-4 battle on Wednesday evening at the Kline & Specter Squash Center in the Daskalakis Athletic Center. With the victory, the Dragons improve their record to 3-2 overall.
The match was highlighted by impressive victories from both Anna Hughes and Ona Prokes. Hughes cruised past her opponent Anne Blasberg, 11-9, 11-7, 11-1 while Prokes put up a strong fight in a 11-1, 11-6, 11-7 win. Brooke Herring, Mariam Kamal and Hannah Blatt also pulled out wins for the Dragons with three-game wins.
Drexel will get right back into action when they take on Yale and Williams in road matches this weekend.
