Schmidt Named CAA Golfer of the Week

RICHMOND, Va. – The Colonial Athletic Association tabbed Drexel senior Connor Schmidt as its golfer of the week when the conference announced weekly honors on Wednesday.
Schmidt earned his third weekly conference honor of the season following a first-place finish at the City 6 Championship on Saturday. He shot a one-under-par 69 to receive medalist honors and was the lone competitor to break par.
The third-career victory from Schmidt helped the Dragons win the City 6 Championship for the second time in three years.
