Three Dragons Named to Philadelphia Sports Digest PCL All-Decade Team

PHILADELPHIA – Sarah Curran, Bailey Greenberg and Hannah Nihill were named to the Philadelphia Sports Digest Philadelphia Catholic League All-Decade Team. A total of 10 former PCL players were chosen to the list with a minimum of at least three seasons played in the PCL as a requirement.
Curran graduated from Archbishop Carroll in 2013 after scoring 1,098 points and grabbing 436 rebounds. She was named the Catholic League Most Valuable Player in 2013 and gathered All-Catholic First Team honors as a junior and senior. Curran went on to score 1,645 points at Drexel from 2013-17 to currently sit fifth place on the Dragons' all-time scoring list. Her 654 made field goals are second all-time at the school. She led Drexel in scoring for three-straight years and was a three-time All-CAA First Team honoree.
Greenberg graduated from Archbishop Wood in 2016 after earning All-State accolades three times including a First Team All-State honoree. She scored 1,134 points in three years at Wood, grabbing two All-Catholic First Team selections and one Third Team mention. Greenberg guided her high school team to the 2016 state championship with a win over Erie's Villa Maria High School. Greenberg has amassed 1,537 points thus far in her collegiate career at Drexel, placing her eighth on the school's all-time scoring list. She became Drexel's second ever CAA Player of the Year in the 2018-19 season. Greenberg has steadily progressed with CAA All-Rookie honors as a freshman, All-CAA Second Team accolades as a sophomore and an All-CAA First Team selection during her CAA POY campaign as a junior.
Nihill played for Cardinal O'Hara, graduating in 2017. She finished her high school career with 1,154 points and earned All-Catholic First Team honors as both a junior and senior. She also garnered All-State Second Team accolades as a senior. Nihill is currently in her junior season with Drexel. She was named the 2017-18 CAA Rookie of the Year and has scored 501 points with 217 assists to date.
