No. 6 Men's Squash Defeated by No. 5 Princeton in Close Finish

PHILADELPHIA – Despite a close finish, the No. 6 Drexel University men's squash team fell to the No. 5 Princeton Tigers 5-4 at the Kline and Specter Squash Center on Wednesday night.
Fritiof Jacobsson earned the first win of the evening for the Dragons as he took an 11-6, 10-12, 11-5, 11-9 victory from the four spot. José López also put on a strong performance for the Dragons as he completed the sweep in the five spot with a 12-10, 11-7, 14-12 victory.
Haris Qasim followed Jacobsson and López in the win column by earning a victory in the two spot with a 4-11, 11-7, 13-11,13-11 win. Wrapping up the day in the win column for Drexel was Guido Lindner, who went the distance in the seven spot with a score of 10-12, 12-10, 7-11, 11-8,11-6.
Next up, the Dragons take on Western Ontario on Saturday, November 18 at the Kline and Specter Squash Center. Match time is scheduled for 1:00 p.m.
