No. 6 Men's Squash Downs Western Ontario

PHILADELPHIA – The No. 6 Drexel men's squash team defended its home court with a 9-0 shutout against Western Ontario on Saturday afternoon.
Shomari Wiltshire earned the victory of the day in the ninth spot. The sophomore defeated his opponent 11-3, 11-1, 11-8. José López secured a win for the Dragons in the fifith spot after blanking his opponent 11-7, 12-10, 11-5.
Fritiof Jacobsson followed this up by grabbing the win in the third spot with an 11-8, 11-5, 11-3 victory. Haris Qasim earned another sweep in the second spot. The final score of the junior's match was 11-4, 11-7, 12-10.
Darien Benn won 3-1 in the seventh spot with a 1-11, 11-8, 11-7, 11-5 victory. Nicolas Serna rallied his way back to win 3-2 in his matchup in the first spot, 8-11, 9-11, 11-5, 11-8, 11-9.
The Dragons quickly turn around to take on Virginia on Sunday, November 18 at the Kline and Specter Squash Center. Match time is scheduled for 2:30 p.m.
