PHILADELPHIA - The Drexel women's soccer team (4-9-4) fell to Stony Brook (12-3-3) at Vidas as Drexel honored its graduating class on senior day, 3-0. The Seawolves captured a share of the CAA regular season championship alongside Monmouth with the win.

Drexel honored seniors Joella Chase, Grace George, Madison Maxwell, Laila Payton, Charlotte Saville, Casey Touey, and Tori Yost before the game.

Stony Brook scored first in the closing seconds of the first half. After Reilly Rich's shot was saved, Kerry Pearson put away the deflection for the score.

The Seawolves also hit the back of the net in the opening ticks of the second. Gabby Daniels fired the ball inside the box to Rich, who collected the score with the left boot.

In the 80th minute, Linn Beck beat the Drexel defenders to add another goal for the Seawolves, securing the victory for Stony Brook, 3-0.

Chase had seven saves in the contest, tying a career-high. Jess Castorina recorded four shots, with a career-high three on goal. Lea Kemp picked up the first two career shots in her career with the Dragons.
