Drexel Athletics Announces In-Venue Alcohol Availability for Home Men’s Basketball

PHILADELPHIA –The Drexel men's basketball team will begin the 2024-25 season on Monday night in the Daskalakis Athletic Center and this season, fans will have the opportunity to purchase beer and wine at the concession stands.
Drexel Athletics has expanded its relationship with Aramark for in-venue alcohol sales via concessions. For the 2024-25 season, beer & wine will be available for purchase at all Drexel Men's Basketball home games. This comes on the heels of a successful pilot program launched in 2023 to set the groundwork for continued offerings. The free-flowing availability will allow spectators to bring alcohol to their seats.
Drexel will play three home games this month at the DAC, beginning on Monday night against Georgian Court at 6 p.m. The Dragons will be back at the DAC on the following two Saturdays with home games against Colgate on Nov. 9 and vs. Big 5 opponent La Salle on Nov. 16.
Overall, the Dragons will play 13 games at the DAC this season, including nine in Coastal Athletic Association play. For ticket information please visit Drexeldragons.com/tickets.
