Drexel Women's Squash Knocks Off Georgetown 6-3

WASHINGTON, DC – Drexel women's squash took down Georgetown 6-3 on Saturday afternoon in Washington, D.C. The Dragons improve to 6-4 on the season.
Dina Rosli secured a 3-1 win over Cecilia Curran (11-8, 13-11, 8-11, 11-5), and Emi Falconi earned a straight-set victory against Ana Margarita Quijano (11-7, 11-4, 11-6). Lydia Robinson battled through five games to defeat Lindsay Lee 3-2 (11-7, 8-11, 11-9, 9-11, 11-7), while Lijana Sultana controlled her match, winning 3-0 against Katie Hennessy (11-6, 11-7, 11-4).
Ariyan Irani added a 3-1 win over Sydney Bramen (11-5, 13-15, 11-8, 11-2), and Eveli Malk dominated her match, defeating Eena Yu 3-0 (11-6, 11-3, 11-4). Despite close matches, Moa Bonnemark, Emma Bartley, and Awande Malinga fell to their opponents.
Drexel will be back in action tomorrow on the road in Charlottesville, Va. to take on #6 ranked Virginia.
