Drexel Basketball Announces Nonconference Promotions Schedule

PHILADELPHIA – Drexel Athletics has announced its nonconference promotion schedule ahead of the start of the basketball season inside the Daskalakis Athletic Center, which begins on Monday, November 3 for the men's team and Wednesday, November 12 for the women. Once again, the upcoming men's basketball season is presented by IBEW Local 98.
The men being the season at home against Widener on November 3 with Veterans Appreciation Night. On November 18, Drexel hosts NJIT for the annual DragonTHON game.
The Battle of 33rd Street is set to return to the DAC on Friday, November 21 when the Penn Quakers cross University City in Drexel's second pod game of the Toyota Big 5 Classic. That game will also feature Greek Life Spirit Night with a t-shirt giveaway.
The Dragons will have play its Club Sports Spirit Night during the women's home opener against Penn on November 12.
