
Swimming and Diving Breaks Two More Records on Day Two of the CSCAA Invitational

OSCALA, FL.- Drexel swimming and diving take two first place finishes on day two of the Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America National Invitational Championships.
Sebastian Smith set a new CSCAA Invitational record in the 100 fly during the prelims with a time of 46.32, but his record didn't last long, as Jakub Kwasny eclipsed it with a time of 45.90 in the finals to claim the top spot.
The team of Theo Andreopoulos, Kacper Karnik, Kuba Kwasny, Sebastian Smtih, took first place in the 200-medley relay, hitting the wall at 1:25.45.
Day three will begin Sunday morning with preliminaries at 9:30 a.m., followed by finals at 6 p.m.
MEGAN EHRNFELDT
Megan Ehrnfeldt placed eighth in the 100 fly hitting the wall at 54.50.
THEO ANDREOPOULOS
Theo Andreopoulos finished 12th in the 100 back, hitting the wall at 47.86.
JAKUB KWASNY
Jakub Kwasny broke the meet record in 100 Fly with a time of 45.90.
SEBASTIAN SMITH
Sebastian Smith broke the 100 fly record in the prelims with a time of 46.32
RELAYS
Theo Andreopoulos, Kacper Karnik, Kuba Kwasny, Sebastian Smtih, took first place in the 200-medley relay hitting the wall at 1:25.45.
In the 800 free relay, Mari Alencar, Fede Nocera, Jessie Rothrock and Megan Ehrnfeldt finished in 11th place.
