BLOOMINGTON, IND. – Drexel field hockey fell 3-0 on the road at Indiana on Thursday afternoon. The Hoosiers scored all three of their goals in the first half as the Dragons dropped to 1-2 on the season.
HOW IT HAPPENED
Indiana struck early with a goal from Celia Arroyo Cabezud less than two minutes into the game. She added a second in the 23rd minute before Anna Mozeleski extended the lead to 3-0 just three minutes later.
BY THE NUMBERS
Drexel finished with 12 shots, seven on goal.
The Dragons earned six penalty corners compared to one for Indiana.
Valentine Van Hellemont, Fleur Hamers, and Anna Castaldo combined for nine of Drexel's 12 shots.
